How Leadership Teams Work

          HOW "TEAM" WORKS!

1. Must have Spiritual Authority- equal in value but not in authority! There     

    must be a clearly recognized leader as well as rankings in command

    structure within the rest of the team. (Moses, Aaron, Joshua,)

    (Jesus, the Three, the Twelve, the Seventy)

2. Mutual respect and honor- each member respects and receives the

    others.

3. Mutual submission and accountability- every member accountable to     

    each other.

            4. Deep friendship based in love; relationship is the key.

5. Multitude of counsel for wisdom - we don’t need "yes" men or women.

6. Variety of gifts and expressions.

7. Atmosphere of life and creativity; each joint supplies.

8. Each one hoeing own row — productivity.

9. Must have calling of God.

10. Defer to one another- in love and respect.

11. Desire the success of others.

12. Each laying down life for the team and the people they serve.

13. Everything done with best interest of the Church in mind.

14. The part I play is less important than what I’m part of.

           15. Teamwork depends on loyalty.
